2017 Sunday yoga brunches

Mindfulness and self-awareness are key in Anna's teaching style of yoga. She was trained in Hatha yoga in 2012 and 2013 under Kathryn Nicolai in Michigan. Since her training, Anna has been greatly influenced by Vipassana meditation, Thich Nhat Hanh, and other various forms of mindfulness. Anna's goal as a teacher is to protect her students and to create space for self-exploration and challenge.

"Drink your tea slowly and reverently.  As if it is the axis in which the world Earth revolves."  ~Thich Nhat Hanh

2017 Sunday yoga brunches

Chelsey attended 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia. Here, she dove deeper into a spiritual practice that has influenced her style today.

Each retreat has a prominent theme to integrate a deeper level to your own practice as you uncover the layers of your being. Breath cultivation is the main component of T. Krishnamacharya lineage which Chelsey will graciously share with you. An all levels vinyasa style practice will accompany the day to make sure everyone's needs are met and challenged.

Come join in the Peaceful Warrior way that Chelsey identifies with, and watch the magic of yoga unfold.
