Grow: minimal tillage veggie production
We're developing a 1/4-1/2 acre micro-farm in Red Lodge. We're excited to continue to refine the minimal tillage techniques we've used in the past. This methodology fosters the health of the soil ecosystem and uses less fossil fuel for a lighter impact on the planet.
Harvest: greens, baby roots & more.
We specialize in salad greens (arugula, baby kale, spinach, baby lettuce, signature mild & medium spring mixes) & quick-growing root vegetables (radishes & salad turnips). Other offerings include bunching greens, summer squash, scallions, sugar snap peas, broccolini, cauliflower, kohlrabi, fennel, tomatoes & herbs.
We're setting up our new site and plan to have offerings at farmer's markets in Red Lodge and Billings starting spring 2022. Stay tuned!
